10km Itinerary:

220m altitude climb, 760m altitude descent.
No Refreshments station.
The race starts at 5.30pm at the top of the Jandri 1 cable car, at 2189 metres high.
Departure from the Crêtes, climb to the Crêtes summit following the slope, downhill to the Lac du Plan on the Bellecombes 1 slope ("balade à Roger"), return to Crêtes on the Jandri 2 slope and downhill to the resort on the Demoiselles slope, finish on the square Place des 2 Alpes.

15km Itinerary:

450m altitude climb, 900m altitude descent.
No Refreshments station.
The race starts at 5.30pm at the top of the Jandri 1 cable car, at 2189 metres high.
Departure from the Crêtes, climb to the Crêtes summit following the slope, downhill to the Lac du Plan on the Bellecombes 1 slope ("balade à Roger"), return to Crêtes on the Jandri 2 slope and downhill to the resort on the Demoiselles slope, cross over to the Vallée Blanche sector by an over-bridge, cross the side of the mountain above the resort, return and finish along the lower slopes of the resort to arrive on the square Place des 2 Alpes.

20 km Itinerary:

700m altitude climb, 1200m altitude descent.
Refreshment station at the 12 kilometre mark.
The race starts at 5.30pm at the top of the Jandri 1 cable car, at 2189 metres high.
Departure from the Crêtes, climb to the Crêtes summit following the slope, downhill to the Lac du Plan on the Bellecombes 1 slope ("balade à Roger"), return to Crêtes on the Jandri 2 slope and downhill to the resort on the Demoiselles slope, cross over to the Vallée Blanche sector by an over-bridge, a loop around to arrive at the Molière on the cross-country slope, climb the Vallée Blanche (400m altitude climb), cross the side of the mountain above the resort, return and finish along the lower slopes of the resort to arrive at the Place des 2 Alpes.

Additional Informations:

- The following equipment is compulsory in order to participate: long tights/trousers, a thermal jacket, gloves, beanie, and head lamp.
- Parental authorisation is compulsory for "cadet" participants for the 10 km race and the 15 km race.
- The 20km race is not open to "Cadet" competitors. (under 16YO)
-Participants must present a National Athletics License, or a medical certificate indicating the absence of any medical objections (less than 1 year) to taking part in competitive running, in order to obtain their race number.
