General Terms & Conditions of sales:

Bookings

All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number ( Visa, Mastercard , etc )
The booking becomes effective on receipt of the required deposit: minimum 50% or more of the total amount.
Bookings that are not accompanied by a deposit may not be taken into consideration.
The booking becomes effective on receipt of deposit and a completed and signed booking form.
The balance will be required at the end of your stay.

Tourist tax

The tax, collected on behalf of municipalities, is not included in our rates. It should be paid per person, per night, from the age of 13. The resort tax is maximum 2.48 € / day / person.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified by email. The date of receipt determines the cancellation date.
The cancellation fee will be the following:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of total price must be paid
Any "no show" and any shortened stay will be charged for the total amount.
In mid and low season, the cancellation fee will be according the followings:
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of total price
Any "no show" and any shortened stay will be charged the full amount of the stay

Trip interruption

Any shortened stay will be charged for the total amount. The client is not entitled to any compensation or refund if he shortens or interrupts his holiday for any reason, let it be major, minor or due to personal needs.

Arrival and departure times

The reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00. The rooms are available from 16 pm. However, if it is beyond our control and your room is not ready; we will do our most to ensure that it is available as soon as possible and before 18:00.
On departure day, check-out is at 10 am. Any occupation beyond this hour will result in additional charges (next day will be paid).
In case of late arrival, the client must inform the reception as soon as possible.

Meals Not Refundable

All meals not eaten at the hotel as part of the breakfast, half board or full board cannot be deducted.
Facilities for disabled guests

Unfortunately, our hotel does not meet any disability friendly standards. We are not accessible by wheelchair and we do not have a special parking. We hope that these facilities will be available soon.
